Adult Muay Thai Class:
The Adult Muay Thai Class is a professionally designed program aimed at enhancing physical fitness and developing practical combat skills. This course helps participants build strength, endurance, and flexibility while mastering the core principles of Muay Thai offense and defense. With a comprehensive curriculum that includes warm-up, technical training, partner drills, strength conditioning, and cool-down stretches, this one-hour weekly session offers a complete workout experience.
What to Expect in the Class:

Warm-Up (10-15 minutes):
The class begins with light jogging, jump rope, and dynamic stretches to activate muscles and prepare the body for the session.

Technical Training:
Participants will practice essential Muay Thai techniques such as punches, kicks, knee strikes, and elbow strikes. Training also focuses on defensive and counterattack skills, helping participants develop quick reflexes and effective responses to opponents' moves, enhancing self-defense capabilities.

Partner Drills (10-15 minutes):
Partner-based training provides opportunities to apply techniques in a controlled environment. Through pad-work and sparring simulations, participants improve coordination, tactical awareness, and power control, all under the guidance of experienced instructors for safety.

Strength and Endurance Conditioning:
Core strength and explosive power are key components of the training. Exercises like planks, jump squats, and heavy bag drills help participants enhance endurance, stability, and overall physical performance.
