Master Baking Class
The main goal of our baking class is to provide students with skills outside of their regular school curriculum, allowing them to explore their potential and enhance their independence in daily life. Throughout the process, students will develop patience and attention to detail. The baking class also teaches children various baking techniques, including measuring ingredients, understanding different ingredients, utilizing equipment, managing baking time, and cake decoration. Each session, We designs a different cake and guides students step by step from scratch.
During the process, our academy strongly encourages students to express their own ideas and creativity while learning. We provides guidance to ensure that students can create unique and delicious baked goods.
In addition, our baking class aims to train students' discipline and sense of responsibility. Therefore, at the end of each class, we require students to clean the used utensils and tableware. Each student is assigned specific tasks, and they must work together to ensure that all utensils are washed before they can leave.

🌕 Sept 26 | Oreo Mooncakes
A fun twist on a Mid-Autumn Festival favourite! 🍪🥮 We’ll combine the beloved Oreo flavour with festive mooncakes for a creative treat kids will love.
👩🍳 Baking is about more than making delicious treats! Through measuring, mixing, shaping, and decorating, children can enjoy hands-on learning while experiencing the satisfaction of creating something from scratch. And of course, they can bring their creations home to share with family! ❤️
