6-8 Years Old Class

Key Features:

Focus on fun and cultivating interest in balloon twisting.
Emphasis on fundamental skills such as inflating balloons, tying knots, single bubble twists, and basic loop twists.
Simple balloon designs (e.g., balloon dogs, swords, and basic flowers).
Hands-on demonstrations and step-by-step guidance by the instructor, using thinner balloons (e.g., 160 balloons) for easier handling.

Class Objectives:

Improve hand-eye coordination and develop fine motor skills.
Spark an early interest in balloon art and enable students to create simple designs.

8-10 Years Old Class

Key Features:

Build on foundational skills and introduce moderate-level designs (e.g., swans, giraffes, balloon hats).
Teach balloon proportion control and how to combine different types of balloons for more creative designs.
Encourage students to apply learned techniques independently and creatively.

Class Objectives:

Strengthen fundamental twisting techniques (e.g., single bubble, double bubble, and loop twists).
Develop students' confidence and creativity while producing moderately complex balloon creations.

10 Years Old and Above Class

Key Features:

Focus on intricate designs and advanced techniques, including teddy bear twists, continuous loop twists, and basic spiral designs.
Teach how to combine multiple balloons and use different types of balloons (e.g., round balloons, heart-shaped balloons).
Encourage independent design and problem-solving to tackle challenging creations (e.g., snowmen, balloon bouquets, and custom creations).

Class Objectives:

Master advanced twisting techniques and design principles.
Foster creativity, independence, and teamwork in creating detailed balloon art.

Common Features Across All Classes:

Flexibility: The curriculum and difficulty will be adjusted to match the students’ capabilities and pace.
Fun and Engaging: Incorporates games, interactive activities, and group sharing to make learning enjoyable.
Final Showcase: The last session will allow all students to create their own unique balloon designs. They will present their creations to the class, receive feedback from the instructor, and receive a certificate of completion.

Notes:

Beginner Class students may use thinner 160 balloons for easier handling, while Intermediate and Advanced Class students will primarily use standard 260 balloons and other balloon types.
The curriculum for each class will vary in difficulty and complexity based on the age group to ensure every student feels successful and engaged.
