Ms. Nikki Lee/ After School Director
Nikki Lee graduated from The Education University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts and Culture, majoring in Visual Arts.

Nikki has extensive experience in arts education and event coordination. She previously worked with the Education and Outreach Department of the Hong Kong Ballet, where she partnered with government organizations and schools to deliver the Creative Ballet in Practice Project. Collaborating with leading ballet artists and theatre professionals, she guided students through every aspect of stage production — from costume and set design to props and performance — offering them a firsthand experience of the creative energy of the theatre. She also organized a variety of workshops, talks, and design competitions, striving to make ballet accessible to people of all ages and abilities, including seniors and individuals with hearing impairments. During the pandemic, Nikki led the development of HKBALLET CLASSROOM, an online educational video series, as well as interactive art activities that overcame time and space barriers to sustain artistic learning and engagement.

In addition, Nikki has served as a visual arts instructor at Blue Bean Art and the Be With You Programme Education & Services Organization, where she developed art curricula and inspired students through hands-on guidance in both studio and school settings. She believes that diverse and inclusive art education can inspire the next generation, strengthen connections among students, families, and communities, and create lasting social impact through creativity.
