Mr. Horace Ma/ Marketing Director
Horace Ma graduated from Northumbria University (UK) with a major in Graphic Design and Brand Identity. He has over 10 years of professional experience in the design and marketing industries, with a career spanning multiple sectors.
He previously served as Graphic Designer and Design Director for Groupbuyer ”Hong Kong Top 100 Cuisine Awards ” project; Creative Designer at Speedo; Art Director at O.Y. Watches; and Head of Design at Kampery Group, overseeing brands including KamCha (金茶王), Dai Pai Dong (大排檔), K-smart, Château Coffee, and LCB. In addition, Horace also worked as Event Director for the Hong Kong Music Talent Award and Marketing Manager for Fook Sing Carton Paper Company.

During his tenure at Groupbuyer, Horace led a major brand image transformation. At a time when most design in the industry was overly commercial and repetitive, he introduced a modern, minimalistic, and lifestyle-oriented design approach that elevated the company’s image to a standard comparable with major corporate brands.

At Speedo, Horace was responsible for brand identity design, visual direction, and marketing, as well as expanding the brand’s presence in Mainland China. Leveraging his bilingual and bicultural background, he successfully localized the UK brand for the Chinese market through website design, e-commerce interface development (Tmall), product packaging, and brand photography.

While serving as Head of Design at Kampery Group, Horace led a cross-regional creative team of over ten members across Hong Kong and China. His responsibilities included product photography, video production, branding, advertising design, and packaging. Under his direction, the KamCha brand was revitalized with a youthful, modern image rooted in Hong Kong’s local tea culture — helping it capture the younger demographic and boost the popularity of the KamCha Milk Tea Workshop. Similarly, his redesign of the Dai Pai Dong brand visually reinforced the essence of Hong Kong’s culinary culture, attracting a wide audience passionate about local heritage.
